The Ace of Wands is a minor arcana card in the tarot deck that generally represents new actions, fires ignited, and new passionate beginnings. Let's talk about how you can interpret this card.

For someone new to tarot, using their intuition to interpret the Ace of Wands involves connecting with the imagery and symbols on the card, paying attention to any feelings or impressions it evokes, and considering how it resonates with their own life experiences and aspirations.

Colors are important. Notice things like how the greenery in the background imagery of this card might be interpreted as new growth, the season of Spring, and new beginnings.

Also notice the phallic illustration of the wand.

Notice the new growth emerging from the wand.

Notice the running and abundant water flowing through.

Notice the castle in the background, and how that makes you feel.

Really tap into your own intuition and how this card makes you feel, and what it makes you think, especially in the context of the other cards and the question you are asking.

When the Ace of Wands appears reversed in a tarot reading, (meaning the facing you but with the top upside down), it can indicate a blockage or delay in the expression of creativity, passion, or inspiration.

    Ace of Wands as Feelings

I chose to use the the Dreamy Moons tarot deck to depict the Ace of Wands as feelings because I feel like this deck's imagery does a really good job at capturing our deepest feelings.

The use of colors makes it look like the cards glow, but you can see that the images stick to the traditional Rider-Waite deck images pretty closely, with just a twist.
